PhotoShrink verarbeitet keine personenbezogenen Daten. Die App speichert, überträgt oder teilt keinerlei Daten mit Dritten.
PhotoShrink benötigt Zugriff auf deine Fotos, um das von dir ausgewählte Bild zu verkleinern und die komprimierte Version in deiner Fotomediathek zu speichern. Die gesamte Bildverarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich lokal auf dem Gerät. Es werden keinerlei Bilder oder Bilddaten an Server übertragen, aufgezeichnet oder an Dritte weitergegeben. Die App fordert ausschließlich die Berechtigung zum Hinzufügen von Fotos zur Mediathek an (Add-only).
Die Rechtsgrundlage für die Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO (Einwilligung). Die Einwilligung erteilen Sie durch Bestätigung der Foto-Berechtigung. Sie können die Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen, indem Sie den Fotozugriff für PhotoShrink in den iOS-Einstellungen deaktivieren.
Es findet keine Weitergabe von Daten an Dritte statt. Die App enthält keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste.
PhotoShrink kommuniziert mit keinem Server. Es werden keine Cookies oder vergleichbare Technologien verwendet.
Die App selbst speichert keine Daten. Lediglich das von Ihnen erzeugte verkleinerte Foto wird – auf Ihre Veranlassung hin – in Ihrer eigenen Fotomediathek gespeichert und unterliegt allein Ihrer Kontrolle.
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Einschränkung der Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten sowie das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit. Da PhotoShrink keine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet, sind diese Rechte in der Praxis nicht anwendbar. Sie haben zudem das Recht, eine Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde einzureichen.

Privacy Policy – PhotoShrink (English)
PhotoShrink does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The app requests add-only access to your photo library solely to save the resized copy of the image you choose. All image processing happens exclusively on your device. No images or image data are recorded, uploaded to any server, or shared with third parties. Only the resized photo you create is saved to your own photo library, under your control.
No third-party services, analytics, or advertising are used. The app does not communicate with any server and uses no cookies. No account is required.

Quelles données sont traitées ? PhotoShrink ne traite aucune donnée personnelle. L’application ne stocke, ne transmet et ne partage aucune donnée avec des tiers.
Accès aux photos PhotoShrink nécessite l’accès à vos photos uniquement pour réduire l’image que vous sélectionnez et enregistrer la version compressée dans votre photothèque. L’ensemble du traitement de l’image est effectué exclusivement en local sur l’appareil. Aucune image ni donnée d’image n’est enregistrée, transmise à un serveur ou communiquée à des tiers. L’application demande uniquement l’autorisation d’ajout de photos (add-only).
La base juridique du traitement est l’art. 6, paragraphe 1, point a) du RGPD (consentement). Vous accordez votre consentement en confirmant l’autorisation d’accès aux photos. Vous pouvez le retirer à tout moment en désactivant l’accès aux photos pour PhotoShrink dans les réglages iOS.
Absence de transmission à des tiers Aucune donnée n’est transmise à des tiers. L’application ne contient aucun service d’analyse, de publicité ou de suivi.
Aucun cookie, aucun serveur PhotoShrink ne communique avec aucun serveur. Aucun cookie ni technologie comparable n’est utilisé.
Durée de conservation L’application ne stocke aucune donnée. Seule la photo réduite que vous créez est enregistrée, à votre initiative, dans votre propre photothèque.
Vos droits (RGPD) Vous disposez du droit d’accès, de rectification, d’effacement et de limitation du traitement, ainsi que du droit à la portabilité des données. PhotoShrink ne traitant aucune donnée personnelle, ces droits ne sont pas applicables en pratique. Vous avez le droit d’introduire une réclamation auprès d’une autorité de contrôle.

¿Qué datos se tratan? PhotoShrink no trata ningún dato personal. La aplicación no almacena, transmite ni comparte ningún dato con terceros.
Acceso a las fotos PhotoShrink necesita acceso a tus fotos únicamente para reducir la imagen que selecciones y guardar la versión comprimida en tu fototeca. Todo el procesamiento de la imagen se realiza exclusivamente de forma local en el dispositivo. No se registra, transmite a ningún servidor ni comparte con terceros ninguna imagen o dato de imagen. La aplicación solo solicita el permiso para añadir fotos (add-only).
La base jurídica del tratamiento es el art. 6, apartado 1, letra a) del RGPD (consentimiento). Usted otorga su consentimiento al confirmar el permiso de acceso a las fotos. Puede revocarlo en cualquier momento desactivando el acceso a las fotos para PhotoShrink en los ajustes de iOS.
No transmisión a terceros No se produce ninguna transmisión de datos a terceros. La aplicación no contiene ningún servicio de análisis, publicidad ni seguimiento.
Sin cookies, sin servidor PhotoShrink no se comunica con ningún servidor. No se utilizan cookies ni tecnologías similares.
Período de conservación La aplicación no almacena ningún dato. Únicamente la foto reducida que usted crea se guarda, por iniciativa suya, en su propia fototeca.
Sus derechos (RGPD) Usted tiene derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión y limitación del tratamiento, así como el derecho a la portabilidad de los datos. Dado que PhotoShrink no trata ningún dato personal, estos derechos no son aplicables en la práctica. Asimismo, tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de control.
